PB Newsletter: July 2026
Welcome to your July wrap-up from Precision Bridge. We're excited to announce our first AI enabled release: Precision Bridge v10.2, bringing AI capabilities right into the heart of your migration projects. This month also brings a client success story from a US Government Organisation, a look at ServiceNow's latest AI innovation, and details on upcoming webinars.
From Bottleneck to Blueprint: How a US Government Organisation Transformed Their Ivanti Data Archive with Precision Bridge
A US Government Organisation's on-premise Ivanti Neurons application had grown to a scale that prevented routine metadata migrations to lower environments, a process the team depended on for standard system maintenance. To resolve this, the team initiated a project to archive over 63 million rows into a separate SQL database, with users retaining access to historical data through a Power BI reporting dashboard. Precision Bridge's Data Migration and Management Platform was selected on the recommendation of their third-party Ivanti implementation partner.
"It was some of the best support I've ever had from any third-party partner or application developer. The speed of response and the willingness to tailor the solution to our specific requirements was highly valuable." — Project Manager, US Government Organisation.

Tech Talk: The IT Service Desk Just Got a New Team Member
What if your IT service desk never needed to sleep?
ServiceNow, one of the world's leading enterprise software platforms, has launched its Autonomous Workforce - a suite of AI specialists designed not simply to assist human teams, but to complete entire jobs from start to finish. The first specialist available out of the box is a Level 1 Service Desk AI Specialist, capable of autonomously diagnosing and resolving the most common IT support requests end-to-end: password resets, software access provisioning, and network troubleshooting. Unlike a chatbot that points employees in the right direction, this specialist operates 24/7, follows established organisational policies, learns from outcomes over time, and escalates to a human agent only when the situation genuinely demands it.
