Global Technology and Consulting Firm Leverages Precision Bridge to Deliver Complex Multi-Source ServiceNow Asset Migration

When a global technology and consulting company faced the challenge of consolidating fragmented asset and configuration data from two separate legacy ITSM platforms into a single ServiceNow environment, they turned to Precision Bridge's Data Migration Automation Solution, on the strength of a recommendation from a sister company that had already seen it deliver. With everything running on-premise and data from both IP Center and Remedy needing to be migrated and transformed into ServiceNow, the data complexity was considerable from the outset.

"When it was first recommended to me, I did not take it entirely seriously until I actually started using it, and then I realised: we need this. The support was fantastic throughout — I would not have been able to get everything done without it." — Project Manager, Global Technology and Consulting Company.

Precision Bridge V10 in Action: Scheduled Delta Migration

Last month marked a landmark moment for Precision Bridge with the launch of V10. Featuring a redesigned user interface and a new generation of migration capabilities built on a decade of real-world experience, V10 brings over 150 completed projects, 100+ terabytes of data migrated, and more than 100,000 hours of manual effort saved - making every migration faster, simpler and more reliable whatever the scale or complexity.

The video above walks through how to set up a scheduled delta migration between two ServiceNow instances - covering field mapping with Quick Map, applying filters to capture only records created since the last run, and configuring a repeating schedule to keep everything running automatically.

Keeping two ServiceNow environments in sync is one thing - doing it efficiently, without moving your entire dataset every time, is another. That's exactly what V10's scheduled delta migration is built for.

Tech Talk: The Most High-Tech World Cup Ever Has Kicked Off

The 2026 World Cup is the most technologically advanced in the tournament's history. The official match ball captures data 500 times per second, stadium cameras track all 22 players simultaneously, and 3D avatars have been created for every one of the 1,248 players - meaning offside decisions that once took minutes will now be resolved almost instantly. Off the pitch, FIFA and Lenovo have launched Football AI Pro, a generative AI assistant giving coaches and analysts instant insights, video clips and 3D visualisations before, during and after matches.
